The opportunity

The most valuable thing in your business isn't your equipment.

It's how your team uses it. A new generation of AI is being built — and the one thing it can't be trained on without you is real, skilled, physical work.

Right now, AI labs need billions of hours of footage of how humans actually work — folding linens, plating dishes, framing walls, running a register, prepping a line.

Most data buyers are paying individuals to film themselves doing chores at home. That data is fine — but it's not enough. What buyers actually want is footage of real, skilled work in real environments: live kitchens, real production lines, occupied hotel rooms, working shop floors.

That's where your business comes in. You already have the crew, the environment, and the operations. We pay you to record what's already happening — without changing a single thing about how you run your day.

The economics are straightforward: 30 workers × 4 hours/day × 22 days ≈ $26,400/month wired to your account, on top of every dollar you already make from those workers' regular labor.

Run the math

Plug in your crew. See what comes through the wire.

Move the sliders to estimate what a crew of your size would generate at typical recording cadence. Real rates are set during onboarding — this is illustrative.

Illustrative only. Actual earnings depend on the per-worker rate set during onboarding, footage acceptance rate (typically 65–75%), and recording consistency. The program does not guarantee any specific earnings volume or duration.

How it works

Four steps from intro call to first wire.

No long ramp. Most operators are recording within 7–10 days of the first call, and earning their first wire inside two pay cycles.

01

Rate Discussion

A custom rate is worked out based on crew size, type of work, and expected recording volume. Lands somewhere in the $7–$12 band. The number is set before anything is signed.

02

Sign & Ship

A simple DocuSign covers commercial terms and program participation. Signs in a few minutes. Hardware (head straps, onboarding kit) ships to your location with tracking.

↳ Day 2–4
03

Set Up & Record

Each participating worker downloads the program app, mounts their phone in the strap, and hits record. Five minutes to learn. Voluntary on a per-worker basis. Nothing changes about the work itself.

↳ Day 5–10
04

Get Paid

Footage uploads automatically through the app. Biweekly wires hit your business account directly from the program once accepted footage clears. Earnings compound as more tasks accumulate.

05
What's captured

The work, not the workplace.

The program is interested in the mechanics of skilled labor — hands, tools, motion. Privacy filtering happens at the platform level, before any footage reaches a buyer.

Captured

  • First-person view of the task being performed
  • Hand and tool movements during work
  • Objects and surfaces being manipulated
  • The workspace immediately in front of the worker
  • Time of day and basic environmental context

Not Captured / Filtered Out

  • Faces of workers, customers, or guests
  • Names, badges, IDs, or personal identifiers
  • Audio of conversations
  • Customer or client interactions
  • Business-confidential documents or screens

Questions

What operators usually ask first.

If you have a question that isn't here, ask it directly on the application — we read every note that comes in.

Nothing. Each participating worker wears a lightweight head strap that holds their phone during their normal shift, and hits record. They keep doing the same work, the same way, for the same length of time. No new tasks, no scripts, no off-clock work.
No. Hardware ships free. There is no subscription, no per-seat cost, and no minimum commitment. Either side can wind down the program at any time. Your only obligation is ensuring footage is recorded and uploaded as agreed.
The program operates on a biweekly cadence. Once accepted footage clears, a wire is sent to your business account within 2 business days. Most operators see their first wire 2–3 weeks after the first day of recording.
Participation is voluntary on a per-worker basis. You can run the program with as few or as many crew members as you like, and individual workers can opt out or stop at any time without affecting the rest of the program.
AI systems being trained for physical-world tasks need staggering amounts of real-world footage — orders of magnitude more than what household-chore filming can supply. Skilled work performed in real environments is the highest-value variant of this data, and there's a long-running shortage. The program is buying ahead of demand.
Footage is encrypted in transit, processed by automated privacy filters that remove faces and identifiers, and reviewed by trained QA staff before being licensed to AI research buyers. It is never sold to advertisers or used for surveillance, and your business is never identified by name.
The program currently operates across 12+ countries with thousands of businesses enrolled, but no program is permanent. If terms change, you'll be notified in advance. Until then, the rate set during your onboarding stays fixed for your deployment.
